The OFFICIAL LANGUAGE of the Forum is English.

ATTENDANCE FEES

The attendance fee is:
– 150 euro/pers – Early Bird Fee (until December 31st, 2014)
– 195 euro/pers (until February 27th, 2015)
– 295 euro/pers (starting February 28th, 2015)
and it covers the following elements:

  • Attendance to all scientific sessions
  • Nominating your company and the name of its representatives in IIF’s Official Brochure and on www.internationalinsuranceforum.com, the official web-site of the event
  • All events’ documentation
  • Business lunch and coffee breaks, according to the program
  • Invitation to the Welcome Cocktail, April, 19th

CANCELLATIONS
In case of a withdrawn decision, the organizers will return 50% of the attendance fee.
The withdrawn notification is possible only in a written form, by fax, until February 8th, 2015. After this date, only replacement of participants is accepted.

VISAS
Please check with the local Embassy or Consulate if a visa is required for entering Turkey.
The organizers cannot be held responsible for the failure of obtaining a VISA for entering Turkey or for any issue related to the traveling arrangements of any given participants.
